Krumland Auto Group is looking for a Accounting Clerk to join our organization.

High school diploma or the equivalent.

Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk position include, but are not limited to:

  • Cash Handling and cash receipts for all dealerships
  • Cash Reconciliation to cash receipts for all dealerships
  • Receiving and processing paperwork from the sales department

Our ideal candidate will offer the following:

  • Computer skills necessary for the accounting clerk position.
  • A high level of organization with an eye for detail.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a Title Clerk within a dealership preferred but not required.
  • The ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements, tax and title documents, and procedure manuals.
  • The ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • The ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, employees, and the general public.
  • Excellent communication and phone skills.

Immediate Responsibilities:

  • Processing Cash Receipts and reconciling those receipts
  • Bank deposits
  • Reporting to the department managers regarding any issues or concerns
  • Excellent follow through skills.
  • Basic familiarity with computer applications.

Uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements. Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required. Maintain a professional appearance. Assist Office Manager with other duties as necessary. All other duties as assigned.
